Your Role
1. Develop and document the overall testing strategy for the engagement
2. Create and manage detailed test plans aligned with delivery timelines
3. Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure high performance
4. Oversee test execution and ensure timely defect resolution
5. Collaborate closely with development teams for issue analysis
6. Coordinate testing activities between internal and external teams
7. Identify and allocate necessary testing resources effectively
8. Communicate testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders
