This rewarding role involves supporting small groups of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the mornings and year 3 General Teaching Asssitant in the afternoons. Key Responsibilities: Have strong knowlege and expereince within KS2 or year 3 to be exact Support small groups and individual SEND pupils with tailored learning activities that meet their specific needs. Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to design and deliver inclusive, differentiated lessons. Track pupil progress and provide insightful feedback to inform future planning and interventions. Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages confidence, independence, and active participation. Requirements: HLTA qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Proven experience working with SEND children in a primary school setting. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum across EYFS to KS2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and support diverse learning needs.
