We’re currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join our dedicated Brasserie & Conservatory Bar team. Your role in our family: Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests. Craft and serve high-quality drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on beverages. Uphold Sopwell House’s standards of luxury and hospitality. Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service. Help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere. Take pride in presentation and attention to detail in every aspect of your role. Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Be available for evening and weekend shifts as required. What would make you the perfect fit?
