About the Company: My client is a leading Pump supplier. They are looking to recruit a Sales leader to oversee their UK Sales team and drive the revenue of the business.
About the Role: They require a dynamic & consultative sales leader who can lead from the front as a hands on sales leader.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the UK Sales team
* Drive the revenue of the business
Qualifications:
* It is essential the candidate comes from the Pump industry.
* It is required that the candidate has sales leadership experience and have a proven history of growing and developing a national sales team.
Required Skills:
* The candidate will be a dynamic candidate with ambition, with a strong appetite to progress in their career.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in consultative sales leadership.
Pay range and compensation package: Salary: £120,000 - £130,000 Basic plus annual bonus, car or car allowance & pension.
