As a Senior Creative Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and supporting all client account activities, collaborating with various departments such as Design, Digital, Studio & Production to ensure project success.
Your main duties include managing projects in line with client policies, liaising with stakeholders, overseeing workflow, and delivering excellent client service. You will also contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop client relationships to meet expectations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to manage project briefs and deadlines.
* Manage workflow and provide updates to colleagues and clients.
* Contribute to client strategy and innovative solutions.
* Prepare documentation for client meetings and reports.
* Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
* Identify cost-saving and new business opportunities.
* Develop MI reports for client planning.
Strategy and Leadership
* Understand market positioning and competitor landscape.
* Stay informed about sector changes affecting clients.
* Share business insights with the team and develop client development plans.
* Assist in delivering additional service lines.
People Management
* Coordinate resources with the wider team.
* Mentor and develop Account Managers.
* Manage workload and promote best practices.
Operational
* Communicate campaign plans and budgets.
* Document meeting minutes and project updates.
* Advise clients proactively throughout projects.
* Adapt workload to meet client demands.
* Address issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
