Fluent Spanish-Speaking House Manager / Private PA

We are looking for an exceptional House Manager / Private PA to support an UHNW Principal and his family, with a portfolio properties across the UK and internationally. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, as you’ll liaise closely with Spanish-speaking international contacts, particularly regarding property and rental management. We are seeking a Private PA who takes pride in delivering first-class support to the Principal and their immediate family.
This Private PA will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple residences, ensuring a seamless, five-star standard of service across all aspects of household and personal life. This is a hands-on, fast-moving Private PA role requiring flexibility, outstanding discretion, and a calm, solutions-focussed mindset.
Working alongside a business EA, you will assist with all property-related administration including sales, lettings, refurbishments, redecoration, as well as handling invoices, budgets, coordinating logistics, and providing private support for other family members.
Fluency in Spanish and a degree are both essential, as well as exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. International travel may be required. Core working hours are 9am – 5.30pm (flexibility required), 5 days in the office, with some flexibility when the Principal is travelling.
