Outline of the role
The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time in our store, assisting with customer experience and learning retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, fun environment and career development opportunities. Duties include:
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service
* Understanding the business and maintaining brand reputation
* Promoting products and highlighting offers
* Supporting promotion changes and stock rotation
Training occurs in-store over 12 months, culminating in a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with ongoing support from your team and assessor.

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Commitment to achieving your qualification
Other requirements:
* Grade 4 / C GCSE in English and maths or equivalent
* No current education commitments; available full-time
* Not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship or degree over a year at university
* Eligible to work in the UK
* New to retail
