Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students
* Assess and evaluate student progress through regular tests and assignments
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom
* Collaborate with colleagues to discuss teaching methods and best practises
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Mathematics or related field
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching Mathematics to secondary school students is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent
* Experience using educational technology in the classroom
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school setting with classrooms and educational facilities
* Full-Time hours with occasional evening or weekend work for school events
* Collaboration with other teaching staff and school management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
