About the Role In this role, you’ll support children and young people with complex needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). You’ll help create a positive learning environment that builds confidence, removes barriers, and inspires each learner to achieve their full potential. You’ll work with students from Year 1 to Year 13, offering tailored support both in the classroom and through a range of enriching activities.
