We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Support Workers for a private home-based care package in the NP11 area. This role involves providing specialized 1-to-1 care for a service user with complex medical needs.
* Minimum 12 months of UK care experience.
* Clinical Skills: Must be experienced and confident in:
PEG Feeding
Medication Administration
Seizure Management
* Personal Care: Competent in providing Continence Care.
* Must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
* Compassionate and reliable
