Key Responsibilities * Assist Project Managers with project requirements, documentation, and order processing * Maintain accurate project files * Support with site surveys, orders, and installation packs * Report and record any issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client sign-off * Coordinate snagging works and ensure timely completion * Liaise with Accounts regarding invoicing and payment queries About You – Project Administrator * You’ll bring strong communication and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail. * Experience in a project or administrative role is desirable however not essential. We are keen to speak with anyone with experience in a fast paced environment looking to expand on their administration skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Excel.
