Court of Protection Senior Associate - Lancashire - Salary up to £90,000 + Bonus + Package
An opportunity has opened at a respected Top Tier Legal 500 firm with a strong national presence. The firm is growing and is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor (6+ PQE) to help lead and develop the department. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Court of Protection property and affairs matters, including complex deputyships and PI trusts.
The Candidate
* Court of Protection Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (6+ years PQE)
* Highly experienced in handling complex and high-value Court of Protection matters
* Litigation experience would be preferred, but is not essential
* Experience in setting up Personal Injury Trusts and making applications for statutory wills, gifts would be advantageous
* Leadership skills (in particular supervision of junior staff)
* Excellent organisation, time-management and Client care skills
