TEMPO: Full Time - Chef de Partie

We are seeking a driven and talented individual to take ownership of a section in our kitchen, contributing to our high standards of quality and efficiency.
The Role:
* Manage and run a designated kitchen section, working across different areas of the kitchen as needed.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the Head Chef's specifications.
* Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards, ensuring all food items are handled, cooked, and served to company specification in accordance with the Food Safety manual, HACCP, and EHO directives.
* Act as a role model to junior members of the team, taking pride in passing on knowledge and supervising chefs.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to foster a positive and collaborative environment.

Who You Are:
* You will have a minimum of one years' experience as a Chef de Partie at a quality restaurant and a desire to learn, develop, and progress within the company.
* You have a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team, not to mention a genuine passion for cooking and restaurants.
* Experience in Asian cuisine is preferred but not essential.
* You are organized, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* You are a true team player with a passion for excellence in the kitchen.
