Our 24‑month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides a learning environment to help you become a well‑rounded consultant and launch your career. From day one you’ll build networks, deepen industry knowledge and receive a structured development plan tailored to technical and commercial competencies. A dedicated Graduate Development Manager will guide and support you.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and diagnose façade issues through detailed inspections.
* Contribute to effective maintenance and replacement strategies.
* Advise on design and performance metrics.
* Guide clients on compliance, risk management and achieving environmental standards, maximizing value.
Qualifications
* Academic credentials: degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, Building Physics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering (2:1 minimum or on track) or an MSc in Façade Engineering.
* Technical acumen: understanding of building surveying and genuine interest in real‑estate and built environment.

Additional Information
In some regional roles, the ability to drive may be necessary due to the location of client offices. For Defence arena roles you will need to pass a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role where applicable.
