Our client are an industry leading specialist in the Manufacturing, Servicing and Repair of specialist machinery. They are now looking for a Service Coordinator to manage, plan and assign works for engineers to support customers with planned servicing and repairs
Description
Manage and assign engineers to undertake services of customer machinery in line with contractual and service level agreement
Re-actively manage customer breakdowns, allocating engineers to undertake repairs within agreed contractual timescales
Plan routes for engineers to maximise efficiency around workload, drive first time fix and minimise travel times where required
Use all available resource (engineers) to meet customer demand in regards to servicing, repairs and maintenance
Allocate engineers to meet customer demands
Work closely with service manager to identify and best manage potential issues that could impact service workloadProfile
Experience in a similar service coordinator / service manager role
Experience working with and allocating engineers
