About the role
1. Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure successful delivery of the group’s marketing plan.
2. Implement digital plans across 3 of the 6 individual Hastings Hotels, providing a strong audience focus, driving online revenue, and supporting effective external communication.
3. Plan and work in conjunction with our external agencies and partners.
4. Plan, shoot and implement photography and videography.
5. Regular performance reporting using the likes of Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
6. Work closely with internal departments including Sales and Revenue, as well as and hotel General Managers to meet hotel targets.
7. Management of social media channels including content scheduling, promotion management, community management and reporting.
8. Email marketing to include content creation and management of campaigns.
9. Assist with the upkeep and development of the company database.
10. Review and update website content, including content creation.
11. Ongoing budget management for multiple campaigns.
12. Monitor and optimise the performance of all digital activity to ensure that KPIs are met.
13. Update digital assets throughout the hotels.
Requirements:
14. At least 3 years’ postgraduate experience in digital marketing.
15. An honours degree in marketing, 2.1 or above and a recognised qualification in marketing.
16. Ability to develop and present integrated marketing plans.
17. Social media accounts management experience both in terms of paid promotion and community management.
18. Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and PPC.
19. High level of editing and copywriting skills, with meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating creative writing and grammar skills.
20. Experience of analysing digital activity.
21. Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Email CRM System.
Desirable:
22. Previous experience within the hospitality industry.
23. Digital marketing qualification.
24. Experience of using software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
