First Mile | Certified B Corp is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Central London. In this role you will close deals with large clients and contribute to a greener planet by providing recycling services.
Base pay range
This range is provided by First Mile | Certified B Corp. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
* Seize Opportunities: Converting leads into loyal clients who do the right thing for the planet, including clients such as Pret a Manager, Netflix, and Zara
* Hit Targets Hard: Drive individual and team success by achieving quarterly and annual goals, securing sign-ups, winning tenders and boosting sales
* Charm and Convince: Build lasting relationships with potential clients, upselling recycling services
* Own the Process: Write pitch decks and collaborate with the team to ensure materials are on point
Requirements
* Previous experience in a B2B sales role is preferred
* Persistence: Demonstrate resilience and persistence in every interaction
* Enthusiasm and drive: Bring a positive attitude and energy
* Communication: Ability to tailor your message to captivate and engage any audience
* A Closer: Skills to close sales
* Tech-Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and preferably Salesforce or similar CRM software

* A basic salary of £38,000-£40,000 depending on experience and up to 50% OTE
