We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Qualitative Strategist to join a growing team of passionate insight experts to lead the qualitative proposition at one of the UK’s leading agencies. Using the latest research techniques, with a huge emphasis on behaviour, emotional drivers and cultural shifts, this agency embraces new and innovative qualitative techniques to develop strategies that transform brands and elevate the customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead the qualitative proposition across the business, steering a wide variety of strategic challenges.
* Elevate and support, setting the direction of projects, leading on the moderation and delivery.
* Actively assist in winning new business and developing long-lasting client relationships.
* Facilitate workshops, co‑creation sessions and debriefs.
* Create change and commercial impact for brands by finding fresh, new insights and delivering inspiring outputs.
* Mentor, train and coach junior team members, inspiring a high‑performing team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous brand strategist experience or a qualitative market researcher consumer‑led background.
* Previous insight/market research agency experience.
* Well versed in full‑service, complex qualitative projects such as IDIs, triads, focus groups and moderating.
* Hunger and drive to create change and commercial impact for brands.
* Inspiring leadership and mentorship skills.
