1st Line Service Desk Analyst
Day Rate: Up to £150
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Location: Leeds City Centre - Hybrid, 3 days in Leeds/2 days remote
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to work for a well-regarded professional services organisation in Leeds. You will be responsible for providing 1st line support to end users and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to and resolve incoming support requests from end-users via phone and email
* Monitoring ticketing systems
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience
* Document and track all support interactions and resolutions
* Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Experience Required:
* Experience in a 1st line support role
* Experience working a Microsoft environment - Windows 10/11, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory
* Experience with InTune is desirable but not essential
* Be able to provide excellent customer service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
