UKRI is launching a new Workplace Adjustments Hub, initially as a pilot, to support colleagues who need adjustments to thrive. Were looking for a thoughtful, proactive, and collaborative leader to design, implement, and manage this person-centred service, working closely with employees, line managers, and functional teams across UKRI.

and welcome candidates who bring personal insight to this work.
Youll bring:
You bring a blend of empathy, organisation, and strategic thinking to this important role. You have experience in service design, delivery, or case management, particularly in areas related to workplace adjustments, accessibility, or inclusion. Youre comfortable handling sensitive and complex cases with discretion and care, and can communicate clearly and sensitively with people from diverse backgrounds.
You have a strong understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and the social model of disability, and know how to apply these frameworks to real-world workplace scenarios. Youre confident working across teams and systems, building trust and collaboration with colleagues in HR, IT, Estates, and other functional areas. You also have experience managing budgets and funding mechanisms, including Access to Work, to ensure colleagues receive timely and effective support.
