Security Clearance: Involves working within the UK Defence industry, requiring applicants to be UK Nationals Only (No Dual Nationals) and able to be security cleared to a UK Eyes Only SC level.
Location: Site Based Mon-Fri - Newport, South Wales (relocation packages offered)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FPGA Engineer within Airbus Cyber Security in Newport, South Wales. We invite candidates from all industries to apply to work with and learn about our cutting-edge encryption and cybersecurity technologies. Here, you will play a meaningful role in designing and developing our industry-leading products.
You will report directly to the Team Lead FPGA, performing allocated FPGA work packages within agreed cost, time, and quality constraints.

How You Will Contribute To The Team
* Ensure FPGA development follows our client standards.
* Support the design of essential components, considering project timelines.
* Support internal and external design reviews and project reviews throughout the development lifecycle.
* Analyze requirements, specify, and document FPGA solutions and work breakdowns.
* Make technical design decisions within known practices and technical expertise.
About You
* Experience developing for FPGA platforms.
* Experience in design methodologies.
