The Role We are looking for a CRM Administrator to support Sales and Marketing activity through CRM management and performance analysis. Using HubSpot CRM, you will analyse lead data, monitor sales activity, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Conducting call quality reviews and auditing sales interactions to maintain standards and identify improvement opportunities Reviewing closed and lost opportunities to understand outcomes and identify potential recovery opportunities Maintaining, challenging and administering CRM records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance with processes Organisation, coordination, and route planning for all Sales Consultant's diaries Processing and approving of documentation relating to booked appointments, updating our in-house CRM Weekly meetings with Marketing/Account/Sales Manager to review call quality, team performance and discuss improvement opportunities Assisting the Marketing/Account/Sales Department with any other ad hoc tasks as requested The Ideal Candidate You will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems to support sales and marketing activity.
