Job Description
Join our Client Services Operations team as a Data Publication Oversight Analyst and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting of performance figures and costs. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
* Performing periodic processes in line with standard operating procedures and policies
* Overseeing accurate data publication across external platforms such as FE Fundinfo, Bloomberg, and WM Daten
* Supporting new product and fund launches by ensuring robust publication processes
* Maximising the use of KNEIP’s PPC dashboards to enhance oversight and decision-making
* Monitoring and maintaining process documentation to ensure alignment with compliance requirements
* Investigating and resolving reporting exceptions to prevent reoccurrence
* Monitoring and resolving publication issues to maintain data quality and continuity
* Supporting change management projects to deliver value-added solutions
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
* Excellent PC skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
* Ability to follow procedures, identify issues, and ensure resolution
* Experience managing large datasets (advantageous)
* Strong communication and client service skills
* Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and work independently
* Knowledge of financial services industry (advantageous)
