Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Financial Reporting Oversight Senior Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fund financial statements and share class distribution rate calculations.

What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing and reviewing the production of fund financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Collaborating with auditors and fund administrators to meet regulatory standards
* In time, acting as the primary contact for annual audits, with training and support provided to reach this level
* Resolving queries and driving continuous improvement
* Overseeing and reviewing share class distribution rates, ensuring correct calculations and payments
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including fund administrators, auditors, and compliance teams
* Reviewing the accuracy of fee accruals and payments
* Participating in team meetings, providing status updates, and escalating key issues
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS and AIFMD Regulations
* Understanding of accounting standards including FRS102, IFRS, and Lux GAAP
* Familiarity with investment funds, financial markets, and financial instruments
* Experience with governance structures and regulatory oversight
* Proficiency in net asset value calculations and share class distribution calculations
* Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including fund administrators and auditors
* Qualified accountant or studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
* Experience within the financial services industry in auditing, fund administration, or asset management
