About this Role

You will lead in ensuring that all systems and approaches work together to secure outstanding outcomes and experiences for every learner.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading pastoral systems in a secondary setting, with a proven track record of improving culture, standards, and belonging. You will understand how to build warm, positive relationships with children, staff and families.

• Has a proven record in leading teams to secure high standards of behaviour, inclusion and wellbeing
• Uses data and evidence intelligently to identify barriers and drive improvement
• Understands how pastoral systems enable academic success
