The Role
Our client is a global financial services firm providing a range of investment and wealth management solutions to clients and organisations worldwide.
What you'll do
* Lead the development and execution of the UK Personal Investor client communications strategy, covering service messaging, client journeys, and targeted behavioural engagement initiatives.
* Define and track communication KPIs, using insights and client feedback to refine strategies and improve engagement, satisfaction, and overall client value.
* Design and implement communication plans that support business priorities while ensuring clear, consistent, and compliant messaging across all client touchpoints.
* Partner with Marketing Technology and Technology teams to define requirements and deliver integrated communication capabilities across multiple channels.
* Establish and manage governance frameworks, including the communications calendar and central communications library, ensuring transparency, alignment, and appropriate prioritisation of client messaging.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Client Experience, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance while managing communication risk, handling sensitive client issues, and leading a team of communications specialists.
What you bring
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in client communications, marketing communications, or a similar role, ideally within financial services.
* Mandatory experience working with Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystems.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and communication platforms used for multi-channel client engagement.
* Experience with Adobe and Salesforce is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
