As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a talented and driven Construction Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation delivering high-value, impactful projects.This is a full-time permanent position based initially in the Warwickshire area on the HS2 project.
Your new role
As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of projects from inception topletion. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality
2. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution
3. Driving a positive health and safety culture across all site activities
4. Developing and maintaining project schedules, risk mitigation plans and progress reports
5. Ensuringpliance withpany procedures, client specifications and regulatory requirements
6. Leading value engineering initiatives and promoting continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
7. Proven track record of managing large-scale civil engineering projects, ideally including reinforced concrete (RC) works
8. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations
9. Significant site-based managerial experience with a self-delivery contractor
10. Excellent organisational, leadership andmunication skills
11. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
12. Full UK driving licence.
