Overview
St Roberts Primary is a welcoming and inclusive school, firmly driven by its mission as a Catholic Community. The Governing Body wishes to appoint a highly motivated, ambitious and outstanding professional to the post of Deputy Headteacher.
The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and will work in close partnership with the Headteacher, Senior Leaders, staff, parents and governing body to play a significant role in the continued success and ongoing development of our school.

* Be an outstanding class teacher, passionate in developing high expectations and striving for excellence while recognising the need to nurture children’s wellbeing.
* Have an excellent record of classroom practice throughout the primary phase.
* Be an innovative and knowledgeable individual with the confidence to lead on the school’s vision for the New Curriculum, professional learning.
* Be an inspirational leader who will inspire, challenge and encourage staff.
* Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire children, colleagues and parents.
* Have the vision and experience to build on our many successes.
