We’re Hiring: Accounts Manager – Malvern
Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next challenge? Our client in Malvern is seeking an Accounts Manager to lead their Finance Department and manage daily operations.
You’ll oversee a team of three, provide training and guidance, and foster a collaborative, proactive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare year-end accounts for 13 entities up to trial balance
Manage financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Oversee payroll for up to 80 staff
Maintain schedules for assets, liabilities, loans, and mortgages
Liaise with external accountants for self-assessment submissions
Administer pensions, PAYE submissions, and HMRC compliance
Use Xero and Bright Pay software for accounting and payroll What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience in finance and payroll
