The Role
As the Senior Key Account Manager, you will lead the KAM team, manage client relationships, drive growth, and support the 3t Training Services annual sales budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver against annual budgets and set individual sales targets for the team.
* Work closely with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives.
* Manage the KAM team, monitor performance, provide coaching, and motivate sales goals.
* Act as the main point of contact for the largest B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers within designated accounts.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
* Generate leads for wider 3t product streams and refer to product specialists.
* Provide insights to leadership on team performance and account metrics.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

* Knowledge of energy sector regulations, compliance, and workforce standards.

* Highly organized and professional appearance.
* Ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure.

* Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
