The Role:
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a high level of general cleanliness, general maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a friendly and efficient service to the public. Driving duties and other services to support the activities of the Section in keeping with aims and values.
Hours of work: 18.50hours per week
Requirements:
1. A minimum of one year's employment experience working as a caretaker with specific experience in at least three of the following areas:
2. Cleaning;
3. Maintenance Work;
4. Erecting, dismantling and storing equipment;
5. Security;
6. First Aid.
7. Knowledge of Health and Safety
8. Knowledge of CoSHH
9. Knowledge of cleaning material stock taking.
10. Experience of operating electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment
11. Experience of operating heating plant equipment
12. A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a car or have access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post*

13. Rates of pay £ per hour
