We are looking for an Administrators/ Receptionists/ Customer Service Officers for a temp to perm position in Sutton area to start in immediately. Rate: £13.34- £17 per hour depending on experience Hours: 35 hours per week (9am-5pm), Contract: Office based but some hybrid working is available as well Successful candidate will be working within various teams providing admin support. The main purpose of the role: * To provide admin support to the team (copying, filing documents) * To assist the support service with a range of technical management duties * To deal with enquiries, making sure that appropriate advise is given * To maintain record using databases and spreadsheet applications * To deal with all customer queries in timely and efficient manner * To manage diary and organize meetings * To take minutes of the meetings Experience / Requirements: * Friendly demeanour * Previous admin experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent customer service skills * Attention to detail The closing date for this position is 22/08/2025, with the expectation of a candidate starting immediately prior pre-employment checks.
