Job purpose: The Talent Acquisition / HR Advisor Officer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the UK, Europe, and international markets to support Agilio’s growth. Working as part of the Central People Team, this role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, deliver effective recruitment strategies, and provide HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for: Talent Acquisition • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across multiple geographies. • Utilise a range of sourcing tools and platforms to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. • Support employer branding initiatives to position Agilio as an employer of choice.
HR Advice • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and employment law.
General • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and HR processes with a focus on using AI. • Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations. • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. • Collaborate with the wider People Team on projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Group Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor: Essential • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a tech or professional services environment • Solid understanding of employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices • Proven track record of hitting recruitment metrics and improving candidate experience • Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and platforms • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Desirable • Level 5 CIPD Human Resources Additional Information This is a full-time role based ideally in Sheffield on a hybrid arrangement. (i.e 2 days office based, 3 days remote) Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour’s work may be required from time to time.
