We are for Commercial Renewals Partner to join our team. you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers, ensuring contracts are renewed on time, revenue is retained, and opportunities for growth (upsell/cross-sell) are identified. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the renewal lifecycle (typically 90–180 days pre-expiry) Ensure timely and accurate contract renewals Forecast renewal pipeline and revenue Build relationships with key customer stakeholders Understand customer value realization and outcomes Address risks that could impact renewal Handle pricing, discounting, and commercial terms Work with procurement and legal teams where required Minimise churn and maximise retention rates Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Partner with Account Executives / Sales for expansion Key Skills & Experience Strong commercial and negotiation skills Experience with contract management / renewals Customer relationship management Financial and forecasting ability Stakeholder management across multiple functions Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) What we offer in return?
