We're looking for an experienced Technical Author to support engineering projects within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

What you'll be doing
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (procedures, method statements, risk assessments)
• Translate complex engineering information into clear, usable documents
• Work with engineers, site teams, and clients to gather and validate information
• Ensure documents meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate document control, indexing, and records
About the company
Our client is an established engineering organisation with 40+ years' experience delivering projects across the UK nuclear industry, including decommissioning, waste management, and high-hazard operations.
What you'll need
• Experience in a Technical Author or similar role
• Background in nuclear, radiological, or other regulated environments
• ONC or equivalent qualification (HND/Degree advantageous)
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Confident using MS Office
• Minimum Requirement: SC Cleared
