Reporting directly to the Group Vice President, the Market Area Director role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on management, driving success across our 5 Hyundai dealerships.
Your Journey as a Market Area Director:
* Performance Management: Drive the financial and operational performance of your dealership and market area, ensuring excellence in customer service and administrative control across all areas
* Business Planning: Work closely with the Group Vice President to Formulate and implement comprehensive business plans and budgets, ensuring the achievement of ambitious objectives for your area
* Operational Oversight: Conduct monthly dealership reviews, challenge forecasts, and negotiate with manufacturers to achieve the best outcomes for your dealerships
* Franchise Leadership: Strengthen relationships with manufacturers, fostering goodwill and aligning dealership operations with the manufacturers high standards
* Collaborative Excellence: Work collaboratively with the Heads of Business in your area, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency across the franchise
* Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop high performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, continuous improvement, and excellence
* Legal and Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the company’s reputation and operational integrity
