Job Description
* Lead a team of 3 HR Specialists and an HR Administrator, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services across the site.
* Partner with senior leaders and managers across various divisions to develop people strategies aligned with the business strategy.
* Drive employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and talent development initiatives tailored to stakeholder needs.
* Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including ER case management, performance cycles, succession planning, and workforce development.
* Use data and people metrics to identify trends, manage risk, and shape proactive HR solutions across a large and dynamic workforce.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering environments.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident in handling complex employee relations cases.
* Experience leading and developing HR teams in a high-volume, shared-service or multi-site context.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent senior HR qualification.
