Hales Group are recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator on behalf of one of our well-established manufacturing clients based in Halesworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional to join a busy and well-organised operation, supporting day-to-day logistics, shipping, and warehouse activities. This is a varied, hands-on role within a supportive team environment, offering a mix of warehouse duties and shipping administration. The position is full-time and permanent, providing stability and excellent working hours.Key Responsibilities
* Booking shipments via carrier portals including FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS
* Providing shipment information for imports and exports to shipping agents
* Supporting the booking of inbound deliveries from global manufacturing sites
* Assisting with recording import and export shipments for compliance purposes (training provided)
* Supporting the preparation and shipping of customer orders
* Printing labels for production and preparing products for despatch
* General warehouse duties including goods in, picking, packing, and despatch
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience within a warehouse or shipping/logistics environment
* Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
* Experience using an ERP system (beneficial but not essential)
* Valid Reach Truck and Order Picker licences (essential)
* Good attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
* Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
