We are looking for an organised Bank Staffing Coordinator with a passion for making a difference to others.
To create and maintain a Bank Staffing pool which provides a reliable, well trained and quality team in which to supply the demand of Cygnet Services, eliminating the demand for Agency Staff.
To ensure that staffing levels at all Cygnet Services in West Yorkshire are at a secure level.
You'll be working 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday with some weekend working, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.
Hours will be discussed at Interview.
Cygnet Hospital Bierley provides arrange of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women.

Your day-to-day…
Coordinate a team of bank support workers across 5 sites including Cygnet Hospital Bierley, Cygnet Hospital Harrogate, Cygnet Adarna House, Cygnet Hospital Wyke and Cygnet Lodge Brighouse.
Allocation of bank staff to shifts required within Cygnet units to ensure the needs of the unit are fulfilled to safe staffing levels, adhering to the staffing establishment.
Undertake relevant filing and documentation
Ensure correct Induction takes place for new employees on policies and procedures and refresh other employees
Maintain good relationships with Managers, Heads of Care, Administrators and other Cygnet staff to ensure good communication is upheld at all times.
Participate in staff and client meetings and attend training sessions as required
Adhere to all group policies and procedures within the defined time scales, CQC standards and guide lines, Department of health guidelines and legislation, including mental health act and code of practice

You have…
Good numerical and word processing skills in particular Word 6.0
Good communication skills
Ability to be a Team player as well as work under your own initiative
Eye for detail ensuring accuracy
Understanding of confidentiality
Good Organisational Skills
Highly proficient in the use of Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
