Duties for the role of Architect include:
6. Help deliver on a range of commercial, education, and industrial projects
7. Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
8. Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
9. Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Skills and experience for the role of Architect:
10. ARB registered
11. Strong Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
12. Proficiency with Revit
13. Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
14. Excellent drawing and design skills
15. Strong attention to detail
16. Excellent communication and organisational skills
17. Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
