Support the installations of vertical lifts, ceiling track hoists, specialist toilets, wetrooms, and modular access ramp systems. Perform small-scale property modifications to facilitate access. Undertake general maintenance and upkeep of company premises as needed. Flexibly work across different building-related disciplines. Requirements Availability: Monday Friday commencing at 8.30am each morning often from our Sheffield 13 Head Office, but also straight to job location. Working a 39 hour week with a small group of colleagues Multi-skilled Approach: Ability to work across various building disciplines. Formal Qualification or Training: Whilst not essential our preference for formal qualifications would be in a core building/construction related discipline. Preferred Skills: Bathroom/plumbing skills, tiling, joinery, plastering, paving/groundworks, roofing, bricklaying, or similar. Experience: Building/construction experience, with or without formal recognition of training or qualifications. Experience Basic plumbing skills (e.g., toilet/sinks installation). Joinery work, including stud walling and associated woodwork like doors and windows. Aperture cut and trim work. Joist work. Modification to domestic stairs. Door widening. Tiling. Groundworks preparation. Concreting. Paving/laying slabs/pinkerbs. Basic masonry work.
