Manchester / Hybrid (5 Days onsite throughout probation)
We're working with a long-established organisation undergoing an exciting period of modernisation, now hiring a Head of Product to work alongside the Head of Engineering and shape the next phase of their product function.
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a business already undergoing change - focused on clarity, pace, and pragmatic delivery rather than heavy process.
Well‑suited to a senior product leader ready to take the next step, or an established Head of Product looking to dive into a growing, fast‑moving environment and help shape the product function end to end.
The Role
You will work closely with Engineering and UX, prioritising complex and often conflicting demands in a regulated environment, while shaping team structure and ways of working.
You will have genuine ownership of product direction and team design, partnering closely with Engineering leadership in a fast‑moving, low‑bureaucracy environment.
What we’re Looking For
* Senior product leadership experience (Product Lead / Head of Product level)
* Fast‑moving and customer‑facing approach
Nice to have:
Shape Up exposure, regulated‑domain experience
* Hybrid working (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) - *5 days onsite throughout probation
* Package: open to discussion - depends on experience.
