A dynamic, high-growth, beauty, personal care and lifestyle SME brand is seeking a Brand Manager to drive regional growth across the UK and key EMEA markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the centre of brand and commercial execution, responsible for delivering initiatives that build brand equity, drive consumer demand, and support sell-through across retail, DTC, and distributor channels.
Reporting to the UK senior brand leadership and working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Global HQ, the Brand Manager will own day-to-day execution of marketing plans, including product launches, retail activation, campaigns, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute UK/EMEA marketing plans aligned to growth and revenue targets
* Lead product launches across retail, DTC, and distributor markets
* Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing on retailer activation, in-store visibility, POS materials, and promotional toolkits
* Support paid media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and agency management
* Ensure global brand assets are adapted for local relevance and consistency
* Track brand KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing ROI; provide actionable insights
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, Finance, and Global HQ
Candidate Profile
* 3–6+ years' brand marketing experience within FMCG or consumer brands, ideally beauty or personal care category experience.
* Proven experience delivering product launches and marketing campaigns across retail and/or DTC channels
* Strong project management, commercial acumen, and data literacy
* High-energy, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments
* Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
