Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)
Responsibilities
* 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
* PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
* Experience working on PSS cloud and good GDS understanding is preferred.
* CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate across disparate systems.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
* Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate within a team to solve business and technical problems.
* Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
* Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
* Assess customer requirements, co-create future vision, and map to Salesforce solutions.
* Provide input on target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition architecture.
* Guide the definition of solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform.
* Assist clients in building their CRM strategy and roadmap, leveraging Salesforce and supporting technologies.
* Work with stakeholders to design and configure solutions based on complex business requirements.
* Collaborate with technical teams to determine solution details and value.
* Review and guide design and infrastructure blueprints, identifying potential issues or risks.
* Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
Summary
* The Solution Architect acts as an industry domain expert on the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, aligning it with enterprise architecture in the public sector, energy, and utilities industries. They structure deployment strategies and translate business strategies into technical solutions.
* Strong industry knowledge and a consultative approach are essential to develop and refine Salesforce solutions and sales strategies.
* The architect is a subject matter expert in areas such as business strategy, application architecture, data, integration, security, cloud computing, and analytics, guiding technology leverage and solution design.
