Role
Our Production Planning Team ensures customers receive the Huel they love, on time, every time. As a Supply Chain Planner, you’ll blend analytic thinking with operational expertise to keep our production lines running efficiently and stock levels balanced, directly enhancing the customer experience.
You’ll be instrumental in maintaining 100% product availability across our e‑commerce and retail channels, using best‑in‑class planning to strike the perfect balance between availability and waste, all while supporting Huel’s growth across D2C and retail.
Responsibilities
* Deliver on our customer promise of “Never Out of Stock”: balance product availability and wastage risk by maintaining optimal stock levels across D2C and retail channels.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with co‑manufacturing partners to secure excellent service levels and operational efficiency.
* Identify and troubleshoot root causes of operational issues to ensure smooth, efficient day‑to‑day performance.
* Coordinate with sourcing, materials, and logistics teams to ensure materials and packaging are ready to meet production needs.
* Provide accurate, timely reports on product availability and forward stock coverage, with robust checks to eliminate surprises.
* Champion best practices, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
* Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing opportunities for cost savings, increased capacity, and waste reduction.
* Ensure all production‑related transactions are accurately recorded in Huel’s planning and finance systems to support systematic accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, specifically forecasting and planning.
* STEM background (e.g., Maths, Engineering, Physics) or strong analytical data‑driven experience in supply‑chain roles.
* Confidence working with data, comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally familiar with data tools or supply‑chain systems.
* Strong analytical problem‑solving skills – able to identify patterns, forecast needs, and make recommendations based on numbers.
* Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Collaborative working style, capable of interacting with teams across Huel.
* Adaptability and drive – energized by fast‑paced environments and ownership of work.
