We are looking for a detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our conveyancing solicitors and caseworkers throughout the property transaction process, helping to ensure that all transactions progress efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and manage conveyancing documentation for residential and commercial property transactions.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and updates.
* Monitor case progression and ensure deadlines are met.
* Conduct searches, handle correspondence, and assist with contract preparation and completion processes.
* Maintain accurate and organized client files and databases.
* Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in conveyancing or property law administration is preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with case management systems is a plus.
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
