Job Description:

* Administrator – Helpdesk Team
* Monday to Friday – 35 Hours Per Week - hours are either 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with 30 mins break, or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 60 mins break
* Salary: £22,000 - £23,000
* Site-Based – Bolton Office (Near Horwich Train Station)

Here at ISS, as one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are seeking an Administrator to join their established Helpdesk team, based at their Bolton office. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position during regular office hours.

You will be working within a dedicated team that supports a single banking client, delivering a variety of helpdesk services including reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and cost/budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensuring all supply chain jobs are processed in line with agreed SLAs and priority response times
* Providing timely feedback on issues or information that may impact contract performance or customer satisfaction
* Keeping the system up to date with the latest job statuses and relevant comments related to supply chain tasks
* Keeping the customer informed about job progress and any delays relating to the supply chain
* Promoting customer engagement through regular communication and encouraging feedback via service questionnaires
* Responding to customer requests professionally and courteously, accurately logging service requests and prioritising according to health and safety, business criticality, and client expectations
* Ensuring system data is accurate and regularly maintained
* Quality checking that jobs are closed in a timely and accurate manner through liaison with site-based colleagues
* Maintaining awareness of, and contributing towards, the achievement of KPIs and quality standards
* Managing any complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective communication with all relevant parties
