We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Land Researcher. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regional office and will provide indispensable support to our team. The Role The role is varied, with responsibilities such as providing administrative support, managing diaries, preparing reports, and maintaining company databases. You'll have the opportunity to use various programs like the MS Office suite, Land Registry, Land Insight, and Promap to create necessary correspondence, maps, and presentations. Key tasks include arranging meetings, processing correspondence, maintaining up-to-date files, and managing our databases. You will also coordinate meeting room facilities, receive visitors, handle incoming calls, and distribute mail. In addition, you will be involved in research and planning, tracking press and social media news relevant to our business, and monitoring planning applications. This role also includes carrying out Land Registry title searches and sales research within Local Authorities/Settlements of interest.
