Position: Project Manager
Location: Paddington, with 1 day work from home and flexible working between site and the office
Responsibilities:
Oversee all minor projects ranging from £20,000 to £1.5 million in value
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Provide leadership and direction to project teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial and rail fit-out industry
Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field
