We're looking for 2 dynamic Projects Managers to head up our busy Projects Department. This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of traffic management projects across both planned and reactive workstreams.

What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Assistants, and Permits & Licensing Officers.
* Oversee the full project lifecycle – from enquiry to completion – ensuring projects meet client requirements, safety standards, and legislative compliance.
* Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and internal teams, acting as the key escalation point for complex issues.
* Drive operational efficiency, monitor KPIs, and report on project performance to senior management.
* Champion continuous improvement, introducing new systems and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in project management or coordination, ideally within traffic management, highways, construction, or utilities.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of NRSWA, Chapter 8, and TM operational processes.
* A formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM) is beneficial but not essential.
* Full UK Driving Licence required.
